It is true we don’t know Shakespeare’s date of birth. We know it was in 1564 but our only record at this time was of his baptism at the Holy Trinity Church on April the 26th. By convention and some guesswork, Shakespeare’s birthday is by tradition celebrated three days earlier on April the 23rd.

I was also thinking about the term apostrophe. It is a person talking to something that is not there, while a soliloquy is speaking to the general audience.

bump, bump, and so forth. I loved the poem. It reminds me of a painting I did entitled El Jardin de Las Locas: the garden of the crazy women. I fear I'm inspired by Chris Rock.

You Look Like Me

First, about ten years ago, there was a text by Paule Marier. Then, René
Lussier made a song from that text for his 2014 album (Toucher une âme).
Jim Corcoran translated the text to English and recorded it for his CBC
radio program, but instead he decided to send it to René Lussier
suggesting that maybe he could do something new out of it. René created
a new music over the recorded text and after listening to the finished
sound track, the two decided that it would be good if there were images
to it. This is how it finally ended up in my Drop Box and it gave birth to
this film. Afterward, a French version of the film was made with the
original French text.
