Me too..

Here's something different - Eric Clapton and Zucchero Fornachiari doing Hey Man (in italian) at the Royal Albert Hall -

Ho sei cose nella mente
e tu non ci sei più
mi dispiace;
guardo dentro agli occhi della gente
cosa cerco non so
forse un uomo
Hey man che cammini come me dall'altra parte della strada
hey man che sei solo come me dall'altra parte della strada.

SING A SONG AND SORROW PASSES BY
SING IN HARMONY
EVEN BETTER
WHAT D'YOU SAY, MY FRIEND, SOME SUMMER NIGHT
KEEP ME COMPANY
HANG TOGETHER

Chorus
HEY MAN - I SEE YOU WALKING JUST LIKE ME
ON THE FAR SIDE OF THE ROAD
HEY MAN - COME AND SING MY SONG WITH ME
ON MY SIDE OF THE ROAD
Che ci facciamo compagnia

Guardo dentro agli occhi della gente (hey man don't you know)
cosa cerco lo so (don't know why)
un altro uomo (I'm miss you I'm miss you)
hey, fratello di una notte d'estate (hey man don't you know)
ci facciamo un po' (don't know why)
compagnia? (I'm miss you I'm miss you)

Chorus
hey man che cammini come me dall'altra parte della strada
HEY MAN - I SEE YOU WALKING JUST LIKE ME
ON THE FAR SIDE OF THE ROAD
Hey man che sei solo come me dall'altra parte della strada singing
HEY MAN - COME AND SING MY SONG WITH ME
ON MY SIDE OF THE ROAD
Che ci facciamo
hang together

Well, it's nice to have my friend Roger back with us. Hope you liked the other music. My favorite by Ray is Georgia on my mind. It is now the state song. Gets rid of the notion of racism.

Hoorah for me. I going out to eat to eat tonight with my daughter.

So I say goodnight with "gentleman Jim."

Fantastic music on our radio, y'all. Wish that I could comment on each one, but as you know, my way of thanking you is to thumb you up.

Today is this man's birthday, but first some info.

Ian Gillan is an English Rock vocalist and songwriter. He originally found commercial success as the lead singer and lyricist for Deep Purple.

Now, the music:

Roberta Flack - The First Time Ever I saw Your Face. The sexiest vocal of all time IMHO (apologies if the ad which precedes the performance -at least, on this PC - clouds the experience for y'all).

@lmur,
Welcome back, Irish. Love that one by Roberta. You are right about her as the first introduction I got to Don McLean was by that fantastic vocalist.

"strumming my pain with his fingers", was a great line:

@tsarstepan,
Always good to see you here, dear friend. Don't know I've Got The Music in Me by Heart. Love it, and thanks for the introduction.

You sent me to the archives, tsar.

Love this Heart, too.

Once again, Calling all poets, painters, music lovers, musicians and other countries.

Here is a song adapted from a poem by Rudyard Kipling. Don't know the vocalist, so here is a bit of info on him.

Peter Smith Dawson (31 January 1882 – 27 September 1961) was an Australian bass-baritone and songwriter.

Now, the poem/song.

Calling England, France, Scotland, and Australia. Where is all our great ethnicity?

For some reason I was thinking of The Little Tramp today, and here is a memory of two people:

Michael Jackson and Charlie Chaplin:

@vonny,
Vonny, Welcome back to you too, Britain. Your lovely song Come Away With Me by Norah Jones, made me smile as did Charlie and dear Michael.

Here's another smile that my mom loved:

@vonny,
Another great one, England. Love smooth jazz, and so long ago, we met this guy in New York. A Tribute to Clifford Brown. (I think)
