Good morning Miss Letty, folks.

A classic track from King Harvest. Who doesn't want to dance in the moonlight?.

Love that song, Ben. Michael was manipulated from cradle to grave. But then again aren't we all.

A little robin we were feeding is awol for the last few days, my pointer Ben is our chief suspect.

Music time, here's Cork man Brian Deady.

When all of us made rhymes,

The breezes of the summer,
In gentle cooling number.

What a lovely poem.

Speaking of geography, as I recall from your mentioning it (and in your

Back when a 10K training run was no big deal for me, I used to run from my
house to Spot Pond.Then I'd run past the zoo down to the rink. I'd
turn onto Elm and jog past Wright's Pond to the Fellsway and back home up

@George,
I could still visualize every foot of that path. I bicycled it as a kid and ran through all of the woods in that area. Used to live in those woods ... including the 'Sheepfold' in Stoneham off Rt 28 once I got my license. I lived off Elm Street on the same street as Wright's Pond.

It's such a great area to run and cycle..or just nature walk. I recall it before Rt 93 tore part of it up, too. As kids, we used to take the construction crew's blasting wire when they had to 'move' those rocks in the woods around Spot and Wright's ponds.

Good late morning here in our Florida studio. I lost my response to all of you due to the misbehaving equipment in my radio station.

euroGeorge, It's always good to here what you play here, Irish.

Mctag, My Scottish friend is always welcome here.

Tsar, so glad that you liked that poem inspired by you.

Poor Michael Jackson. I think we all know that his father had him chemically castrated. When I first heard him, I thought he was a woman.

First an Irish song.

Hoorah! Our Phoenix has arisen from the ashes. Bernice is still with us. I understand why she named herself after the mythical bird as do we all.

@Letty,
Hi Miss Letty,

Enjoyed your Irish and Scottish songs, I think Scotland won that round.

I've never seen a Phoenix, the only birds I see rising from ashes are at barbecues. yum yum.

More music from Scotland, the wonderful Blue Nile singing Lets Go Out Tonight.

@eurocelticyankee,
euro, Thanks for your comments, and I really love Let's Go Out Tonight by The Blue Nile. Don't know it so thanks again for the introduction.

Another "smile" song. It's a tribute to Charlie Chaplin by Nat and more synchronicity, it was Michael Jackson favorite song.

My Irish friend, Mikey, from Cape Cod has passed over. I played this one for him so long ago, and it's worth another play, y'all. Montana just confirmed it.

I do smile at the memories of him coming here to paint my kitchen for me, and bringing his Irish whistle.

Latin George, Loved the Chords doing Sh Boom

euroGeorge, The Highwaymen doing Michael Row the Boat Ashore was great. Thanks for the memory.

Here's another rowing boat, y'all. I think this may be The (The Geechie(sp) dialect.
