@edgarblythe,
Thanks for keeping us on the air, edgar. I know every one of your songs. Wish I could acknowledge each one, but I'm really tired tonight. Went out with my daughter to eat and although I'm not fat and full. I'm full Razz

Once again, thanks for your comment.

Let's hopes Julie works this time.

This was supposed to be the match for the Beatles Blackbird Singing in the Dead of Night.

good morning to all and birthday to Weird Al Yankowic

( ... " weird , alright " ... Drunk ... )

Quote:
Alfred Matthew "Weird Al" Yankovic (born October 23, 1959) is an American singer-songwriter, musician, parodist, record producer, satirist, music video director, film producer, actor, and author. Yankovic is known for his humorous songs that make light of popular culture and often parody specific songs by contemporary musical acts. Since his first-aired comedy song in 1976, he has sold more than 12 million albums (as of 2007),[2] recorded more than 150 parody and original songs,[3][4][5] and has performed more than 1,000 live shows.[6] His works have earned him three Grammy Awards among nine nominations, four gold records, and six platinum records in the United States. Yankovic's first top ten Billboard album (Straight Outta Lynwood) and single ("White & Nerdy") were both released in 2006, nearly three decades into his career.

Good morning, all, from here in Florida.

Wish I could comment on each contribution, but suffice it to say they were all great.

Welcome back, hbg. Love that one by Julius La Rosa. He is the one that Arthur Godfrey fired on his show. What a jerk. He also did Mobile Alabama.

I recall Carly Simon and James Taylor doing Mockingbird.

Trying2Learn, Love Phantom of the Opera and there really was an Eric. He was deformed at birth.

edgar, Love Cry Me a River by Julie.

Funny one by that Weird guy. Also love that lovely bunch of gals singing.

What a surprise to find out that Joan Fontayne is a sister to the only surviving member of Gone With the Wind, another one hit wonder.

Olivia is still with us, y'all.

Tara's theme.

edgar, I didn't think that your like parodies. That version of Gone With the Wind was hilarious. Carol was one funny lady.

hbg, I had no idea that Peter Sellers was British when I first heard him. What a fantastic performer he was. Loved him in The Pink Panther and as Jacques Clouseau.

Now, a birthday gal.
