Hi Miss Letty, hope you're well.

Liked Tom T a lot, that hot ham sandwich sounded tasty.
Loved The Boswell Sis's & the Bee Gees Miss Letty.
I was going to play The last Rose of Summer, then I spotted you'd already played it Miss Letty, by Celtic Woman, lovely.
As performed by Nina Simone.

Going to say Good Night, tired... went to the Electric Picnic this w/e. That's a 3 day Festival takes place every year in Laois.
Seen Bjork, Robert Plant, David Byrne, Billy Bragg, Cathy Davey, Jerry Fish, Lisa Hannigan, Giorgio Moroder & Fatboy Slim'
They were all the acts I made sure of seeing, I wandered into a few others.
Caught a couple of comedy acts too, I do like Reg D Hunter, funny guy.

My favourite of the w/e.... Robert Plant

good morning and happy birthday to Hugo Montenegro :

Quote:
Hugo Montenegro (September 2, 1925 - February 6, 1981[1]) was an American orchestra leader and composer of film soundtracks. His best known work is derived from interpretations of the music from Spaghetti westerns, especially his cover version of the main theme from the 1966 film The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. He composed the musical score for the 1969 Western Charro! which starred Elvis Presley.

Euro, hurry back, and thanks for your comments and personal address. Nina Simone's version of The Last Rose of Summer was good, too, and I enjoyed Robert Plant.

edgar, I enjoyed the original version of In The Misti Moonlight and you said it right about the other songs.

hbg, loved all your songs, especially the theme song of The Good the Bad and The Ugly.

Sorry that I can't acknowledge all of your songs, but Mr. Texas said it for me.

Hope this works for Labor Day.

Another birthday guy.
