@edgarblythe,
Our Day Will Come by Amy was good. How very sad that talented lady would become a victim of alcohol and drugs. It happens to so many creative people, edgar.

Here's another Amy. Funny.

Incidentally, you like translating, so check out Orlando Bloom's tribute

here you go msletty :

Quote:

Going to say goodnight with two songs, first one of my favorites by Simon and Garfunkel.

@edgarblythe,
Hurry back, edgar, and thanks for your comments. Did not know True Blue Lou by Tony, but it was great. Thanks for the introduction.

Anyone remember Jack Jones? Today is his birthday and his dad did Donkey Serenade. Both are and were talented singers.

Here's one by him, y'all.

@edgarblythe,
Thanks again for your comment, edgar. Didn't know that one by Al. Just like Mel Brooks, he broke all the rules. Still can not find "...and Mimi..." by him. Yep, troubles are sometimes bubbles.

Unfortunately, there's a flip side to bubbles and we'll listen to Doris Day tell us. She's still with us.

@edgarblythe,
Did you mean Spike Jones, edgar? I think you just made me smile.

Dear Frank, I guess he knew what he was talking about when he sang young at heart, but it depends on which fairy tales one has read.

Here's Johnny doing a Charlie Chaplin song.

@edgarblythe,
As you know, edgar, I really like Marty. Just as you said about Johnny, that's the first time I heard Mr. Robbins do Ain't I the Lucky One. Great one by him.

Here's the laid back Mr Como doing another lucky number.

Saying goodnight with The Byrds doing a Dylan song.

Still, from Letty with love to everyone, everywhere
