@hamburgboy,
Welcome back, hbg. No problem as I left the "s " out of Listz.

Ah, buddy, I love Dwight Yokum's Guitars and Cadillacs.

Here a weird guy who broke all the rules and today is his birthday.

@edgarblythe,
Welcome back to you as well, edgar. As you know I love Donovan. Don't know The Entertaining of a Shy Girl, but it was good.

Here's another Canadian that I don't know, but today is his birthday. First some info.

Ryan Rodney Reynolds (born October 23, 1976) is a Canadian film and television actor. Reynolds is known for playing the roles of Michael Bergen on ABC's sitcom Two Guys and a Girl (1998–2001), as well as Marvel Comics characters Hannibal King in Blade: Trinity (2004) and Wade Wilson / Deadpool in X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009). He also played DC Comics superhero Hal Jordan / Green Lantern in Green Lantern (2011). He has also appeared in films such as National Lampoon's Van Wilder, Just Friends, Definitely, Maybe, The Proposal, The Change-Up, and Safe House.

Now, the tribute.

Ah, he and Reyn live in the same area.

@edgarblythe,
I didn't either, edgar. Just played that one because it was his birthday.

Don't know The Luther Davis group either, but You Can Be a Star was a goodie, so thanks for the introduction.

Here's one to match.

I have been searching for this song for at least a few years, one I have on vinyl. It is a Leonard Cohen song that Leonard himself never recorded. Judy Collins sings Priests

Wonderful music on WA2K radio. Wish I could acknowledge each song, but it's past my bed time.

Thanks edgar, and Barry.

Had a delightful evening at the Out Back and fantastic conversation.

Saying goodnight with two songs.

First, the priests.

Hurry back, edgar. You too, Barry.

You Made me Love you by dear Judy was, of course, marvelous.

Barry, On and On by Stephen Bishop was great as was Adagio for Strings by William Orbit.

Two songs for the morning here in our Florida studio.

First, The Maori Farewell by Marty.

Now, one to match Barry's by Harry.

First Kevin.

Sophie's Choice was the saddest movie that I've ever seen.

Now, The Big Bopper. What a tragedy for all these guys.

Nice lineup of JP, Harry, Marty. Don't know much about Kevin Kline.
Belafonte before a live audience is much different than his studio recordings.

Thanks for restoring out signal, edgar. As you know, your comments are always appreciated.

I certainly know Matilda by Harry. Thanks for the memory jog, buddy.

Today is this guy's birthday, but first some info.

Was on the show "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" as Dr. George Huang

Now a funny song by the man.
