@eurocelticyankee,
euro, I loved Tamp 'Em Up Solid by Ry.

You know folks, ever since I met an Armenian man and his lovely Anglo wife and child, I have become fascinated with that section of history then and now.

Here's a lovely lady doing a patriotic song from the modern era.

euro, do you think that lovely girl could have been a dj?

I went to grade school with a few first generation Armenian kids. The ones I met were very nice.

@edgarblythe,
Thanks for the comment on the Armenian kids, edgar. When I was in grade school in Virginia, I had no idea about ethnicity.

Loved Celeste by Donovan. What a great performer.

Here's one to match.

Rock, You sent me searching.

Firefall is a rock band that formed in Boulder, Colorado in 1974. It was founded by Rick Roberts, who had been in the Flying Burrito Brothers, and Jock Bartley, who had been Tommy Bolin's replacement in Zephyr. The band's biggest hit single, "You Are the Woman", peaked at No. 9 on the Billboard charts in 1976. Other hits include: "Just Remember I Love You" (#11 in 1977), "Strange Way" (#11 in 1978), "Cinderella" (#34 in 1977) and "Staying with It" (#37 in 1981) with female vocalist Lisa Nemzo

Odd that the message here is don't want those tears. Good group, however.

Hey, Brit. Natalie's Flower and a Wilted Rose was lovely. Don't know her either, but she is great.

Love this one, too. It's an instrumental about Billie Holiday(lady day)

Sleep well, dear Barry. Loved Smokey's Quiet Storm and, of course, Ramsey Lewis' Summer Breeze.

Rock, don't know Spin Doctor's Biscuit Head. What a title; what a song.

Going to say goodnight now with two songs,

First, Ramsey again.

So nice to have Ontario, Dublin, London and Kansas with us today.

Hope I didn't miss anyone. A bit sleepy.

From Letty with love to you all.

@edgarblythe,
edgar, How wonderful to think you were chosen by google as a celebrity. That birthday card tribute was great.

Ah, buddy, you share a birthday with the great Hank Williams.
