Good morning, folks. It going to be a interesting day for me. Week, actually. We are going to be short-handed at work. Perseverance is the key word.

@edgarblythe,
Good morning Ed, I was going to say to you; don't work too hard because at the end of the day you're only a number to these people. I was going to say to you; skive off and hide but at the end of the day that's harder to do than work. I was going to say all that to you but I thought sure Ed knows all this already so I decided to just wish you a good day.

Good morning from here in Florida.

Good to see Wandel with us last evening. More synchronicity as Peirce Brosnan was on last evening as James Bond in Reflections in a Golden Eye. Didn't know that LuLu did The Man with the Golden Gun.

hbg, I like that Journey to Old Age, and I Surrender by Django Reinhardt was good, but those were some startling visuals, Ontario.

Brit, that one by Sammy imitating Nat was great. I love Somewhere Along the Way.

edgar, Double duty is going to be tough on you, but what keeps the body going keeps the mine alert. Thanks for your comments and Tanya Tucker's song.

Good morning to you, euroGeorge. I wondered where you were. ZZ Top's Sharp men was great.

Interesting, Dublin, because I came across this one and so we'll give it a listen.

First, some info.

Sir William Samuel Stephenson, CC, MC, DFC (23 January 1897 – 31 January 1989) was a Canadian soldier, airman, businessman, inventor, spymaster, and the senior representative of British intelligence for the entire western hemisphere during World War II. He is best known by his wartime intelligence codename Intrepid. Many people consider him to be one of the real-life inspirations for James Bond. Ian Fleming himself once wrote, "James Bond is a highly romanticized version of a true spy. The real thing is ... William Stephenson."

I found that one by accident as it was Barbara Hershey's birthday.

Inspired by wandel's Katrina, I found the theme song to this lady's show.

Check out this one as well, euro.

@Letty,
Hi Miss Letty,
I have seen a documentary on that man, very interesting. Our friend David Niven pops up again. I'll have to see that film now 'A Man Called Intrepid', I don't recall seeing it. Loved the Nanny theme, I never really watched the show. That was the one with the nanny with the voice. Smile

Tom Robinson - - - War Baby.

@eurocelticyankee,
Great one by Tom, euroGeorge, and thanks again for your comment. You sent me searching again.

Tom Robinson (born 1 June 1950) is an English singer-songwriter, bassist and radio presenter, better known for the hits "Glad to Be Gay", "2-4-6-8 Motorway", and "Don't Take No for an Answer", with his Tom Robinson Band. He later peaked at #6 in the UK Singles Chart with his solo single "War Baby"

Thanks for the introduction, Irish. He is a fabulous vocalist. For some reason, I was thinking about John Denver. Remembering what it was like being in the mountains.

@Letty,
Hi, Letty. Thanks for posting the theme song of the new show my daughter Katrina is working for. She has been given a great deal of responsibility in casting all the additional characters in all the upcoming episodes. The bright side is that Rita Moreno is one of the costars on that series and has become close friends with my daughter. They are constantly chatting about fashion.

@wandeljw,
Do women still chat about fashion, Goethe? Great about Katrina and Rita. You brought back a memory of that talented lady.

Here's a tribute to her.

I hadn't seen rita moreno in long enough, I no longer recalled what she did. I know the theme from the Nanny, because I used to watch the show.

@edgarblythe,
edgar, Rita starred in The West Side Story. Remember that? It was a form of Romeo and Juliet.

Love On The Other Hand Baby by Ray was great. What a performer.

Hope we didn't already play this one, but if we did it's worth another listen.

First, some info.

Alex Harvey (5 February 1935 – 4 February 1982) was a Scottish rock musician. With The Sensational Alex Harvey Band, he built a reputation as an exciting live performer during the 1970s glam rock era.

@Rockhead,
Fran Drescher is also the producer of the show and therefore my daughter's boss. Katrina has to listen to her whether she wants to or not. Smile

Wandeljw, I think I might get it on Brighthouse. I need to check it out, however.

Funny, Rocky, and edgar as well. Yoko Ono would be a perfect match for that dog.

Great one by Freddy Hart. Love Easy Lovin' and here's one to match.
