@edgarblythe,
Thanks for that info on Don't Think Twice, Texas. Love to learn here.

Donovan's The Entertaining of a Shy Girl was great. Don't know that one, buddy.

Time for me to say goodnight, and I think that I shall do so with two songs.

First, Nat's Perhaps Perhaps Perhaps. I don't think people realized how talented he was.

Now, Julio again.

Good to have London with us today.

From Letty with love to the world.

Good morning, WA2K folks.

Edgar, thanks again for your comments and you hurry back. Loved Buffy's Old Man's Lament. It reminded me somewhat of Bang the Drum Slowly.

jcboy, Ocean's Away was a sad song. Sorry that you are so down, buddy.

Well, there's our Brit. My word; I had no idea that Michael and Tony did Don't Get Around Much Any more.

Hey Barry, Loved that Blake Shelton song. Don't know it, however.

I've been searching Julio's Bolero songs and I was right.

First, Andy Russell.

Moon River is one of my favorite songs.

Mine too, definitely.

The hit version in this country was by Danny (not Andy) Williams, a fabulous singer.

Poor music repro on this link, unfortunately, but the power of the voice comes through.
The writer, Johnny Mercer, could do no wrong in my book.

Good morning, folks. Reading through everyone's posts, I can see a lot of good music is waiting. Will be back later today to check it out further. McTag, the first time I heard Moon River, it was by Jerry Butler. I have heard many versions of it since, but it remains my favorite. Will check Danny's recording for sure. See ya all later.

Well, too many songs to comment individually. I like them all. Danny Williams does a nice Moon River. I think my favorite of the bunch is the first one letty played. The title escapes me.

@edgarblythe,
Welcome back, edgar. I found the two songs that Julio did from his Bolero mix.

Yours and Without you.

A bit about Breakfast at Tiffany's. Good grief. The book was written by Truman Capote and the summary was too weird. Glad that I didn't see the movie.

While our edgar searches out Julio, today is Robert Redford's birthday, so here is a tribute to him.

I remember one in particular that kept me on the edge of my seat. The Natural.

Oops, will check out Mr. Lucky in a moment.

@edgarblythe,
edgar, I listened to Mr. Lucky. Know the music, but not the TV series.

Be sure and check out those two songs from Julio's former mix, cause they are fantastic.

Harry's Soldier was delightful. He has a sense of humor in that one.

Thanks for your comment on Robert Redford.

I am given to understand that they are going to do a remake of Dirty Dancing.Wonder if they'll do it at Mountain Lake now that the lake has disappeared. Today is Patrick Swayze's birthday, so here is a tribute to him.

@Barry The Mod,

By way of Autumn Leaves and Danny Williams I was led once more to Chet Baker, that mysterious and wonderful musician.
