@edgarblythe,
Yates' The Second Coming was spooky, edgar, but it was good.

Wow! Still is one that I know and love. Don't know Bill Anderson, however. Thanks for identifying the performer.

Another man that I really love:

Oscar Wilde.

@edgarblythe,
I agree about Oscar's great quotes, edgar.

That Modest Mouse music was funny, buddy. Don't know the guy but thanks for the smile.

Today is Ally Sheedy's birthday and I remember her best as a member of the Brat Pack.

Love this one from The Breakfast Club.

Time for me to say goodnight. Many performers have done this one, but I still prefer Matt Monroe.

Glad our Brit is still hanging in.

From Letty with love to all.

When I was in the Navy, Matt's version of Softly had lots of radio play. It's the song that caused me to take notice of him. This next song was recorded by many artists also. Steve does my favorite version

I have not seen Breakfast Club, but the song was nice.
Good night

High noon here, WA2K folks.

Had a power outage last evening and early this morning, so I had to do some reconstruction on my pc today.

edgar, your Steve Lawrence version of Portrait of my Love was great. Hurry back, Texas.

Brit, your James and Bobby's Morning Glory was fantastic. Thanks for that version.

Had no idea that The Mama's and The Papa's did My Girl. I do believe that I liked The Temptations' version better.

That trio doing Zip-a-Dee Doo Dah reminded me of Uncle Remus. Song of the South by Disney was fantastic.

Hey, Irish. Welcome back. I Just Called to Say I love You by Stevie is one of my favorites. I may have already told you this, but you don't have to refer to me as Taffy any longer. Lord Raglan upon moving from Wales to England added the British "d" and he became Ragland.

Two songs from the afternoon here.

First, a birthday boy named George.

Now, the Disney version of a famous uncle.

Good afternoon. I bought Boy George's album with that song, letty. He has a great voice.
Plus, I bought a bootleg Song of the South, because I had never seen that film.

Well, Time for Miss/Mrs. Letty to say goodnight.

Saw this red moon when all the lights weren't working.

Tomorrow there will be a lunar eclipse, but we won't be able to see it in North America.

So, saying goodnight with "the Irish troubadour".

Great to see Dublin and London with us today.
