Good morning, WA2K folks.

edgar, loved The Beau Brummels' Laugh Laugh. Hope all that laughing made you sleep well.

Hey, Brit. Glad I caught you before you "wooshed".

You're on a roll today.

Don't Stop the Music by Yarbrough was perfect for our cyber ratio station.

The Reverend's Where the Hell did you Go was funny. Listened twice.

Love Bob Marley and We're Jumping may not apply to me as yet, but I may try that later on.

Couple of songs for the early day here.

First, another ceiling song.

Now, a trio singing and dancing.

Scala & Kolacny Brothers - Use Somebody

I've been roaming around, I was looking down at all I see
Painted faces fill the places I can't reach
You know that I could use somebody
You know that I could use somebody

Someone like you and all you know and how you speak
Countless lovers under cover of the street
You know that I could use somebody

You know that I could use somebody

Someone like you
Someone like you

Off in the night you live it up while I'm off to sleep
Waging wars to shake the poet and the beat
I hope it's gonna make you notice
I hope it's gonna make you notice

Someone like me

Someone like me

Someone like me

Someone like me

I've been roaming around, I was looking down at all I see

Good morning. I like it when people print out the lyrics to songs I don't know well. I have a hard time otherwise. I will comment further in the afternoon. It's gonna be rough, I feeeer.

@edgarblythe,
Thanks again, edgar for your comments on what we play on WA2K.

I especially like our Brit's last song that was dedicated to a friend.

Great song by Jay and The Americans. Don't know them, but She Cried was a solemn song. Thanks for the introduction.

Today is Irving Berlin's birthday, and he wrote so many wonderful songs that it was difficult to pick one, but here is a great one.

Did you need the lyrics to that one, Texas?

@edgarblythe,
Wow! I haven't heard a Beau Brummels song in ages. My brother was a big fan and had their music playing in the house all day long.

This was my favorite

Flower lady, welcome back. Love both of those Beau Brummel songs.

edgar, I assumed that you wouldn't need the lyrics. Thanks for your droll sense of humor and your comments.

Anyone remember this one? It was inspired by JPB's first Brummel song. From magic hollow to Sleepy Hollow.

edgar, I love Poison Ivy by the Coasters. That melody sounds familiar in another way, too. Thanks again for your comments.

Welcome back, osso. Love Bob Marley and we appreciate your history of his songs.

Here is one of my favorites by the man.
