@edgarblythe,
I had forgotten all that stuff about Robert Blake, edgar. My word, he also was in the movie In Cold Blood. I didn't see Breakfast at Tiffany's either. I was simply interested in Johnny Mercer at the time.

Love Kenny Rodgers and The First Edition, but I read that as Something's Buming. Didn't know that one by him, and thanks again for your comment.

Bet you know this guy, Texas. It's his birthday.

@edgarblythe,
Don't know Gene Thomas, edgar. Sometimes was a great one. (I see that your wife has excellent taste)

Speaking of crying, here's one by Art and James

edgar, loved Walter Brennan's Mama Sang a Song. Thanks again for your comments.

Searched and searched for a song by Jackie Cooper, and this is one of my goodnight songs.

Good morning from Florida to our WA2K folks.

edgar, loved your goodnight song. George Strait's Troubadour was great, and thanks again for your comments. No More Walls by the Hungarian group was truly good.

You hurry back, Brit. Great songs, London. The Pyramids, The Caravelles and Nancy Lee were wonderful. Thanks.

Two songs to greet the day here.

First, since it is Tyrone Power's birthday, a tribute to the man.

And, for our Mexican friends.

How about some great jazz for the afternoon.

A different version of Herbie Hancock's Watermelon Man.
