@edgarblythe,
Never heard Peggy O by Simon and Garfunkel, edgar, and welcome back. Great one.

Thanks again for your comment, buddy.

Your Peggy reminds me of this Peggy.

If her eyes are blue as skies
That's Peggy O'Neil
If she's smiling all the while
That's Peggy O'Neil
If she walks like a sly little rogue
If she talks with a cute little brogue
Sweet personality
Full of rascality
That's Peggy O'Neil

Now, a really great dance song. First a little info.

This song was an unquestionable hit during 1995 and 1997. Macarena was selected as number one at the Greatest One-Hit Wonder of all Time by VH1 in 2002. This single was all a phenomena in Australia, Spain, France, Italy, Brazil, Germany, United Kingdom among others. Macarena makes reference to the women from the La Macarena neighborhood of Seville, Spain. It has had different versions like European released, bayside Boys Mix and Christmas, and also has two music videos. Its members are Antonio Romero and Rafael Ruiz. After this album, they released Macarena Non Stop in 1996 and Fiesta Macarena in 1997. Their last album has been P’alante

Makes me want to dance.

@edgarblythe,
Love that one by Elvis, edgar. Thanks for the comment about Al.

Just found out there is no difference between a crawfish and a crawdad.

Ah, is this fishin' day on WA2K?

@edgarblythe,
Ah, edgar, sachmo and the crooner. Love it, buddy.

More synchronicity. Today is Bobby Fisher's birthday.

Here's a tribute to him, and then back to the line and the pole.

I guess edgar has joined the think tank. Razz

Time for me to say goodnight. Glad that we had London with us today.

Since the ocean is where some of us get fish, my goodnight will be by Billy Ocean.

edgar, Loved your goodnight song. Stars on the Water by George Strait was great.

Hurry back, Texas.

You hurry back as well, Brit. Really love Ted Heath's Flying Home. That brought back a memory, and Natalie's Mr. Melody was, of course, awesome as usual. The Lady is a Vamp? Great one by The Spice Girls.

Thinking of The Lettermen today and just discovered that Jethro Tull is Scottish. Shocked

From the group inspired by The Four Freshmen.

The Lettermen are a good group, letty.
Jethro Tull's song might be their best known. It's a good one.

@edgarblythe,
Thanks again for your comments, edgar. Don't know Yesterday Papers by The Rolling Stones, but I enjoyed it.

Speaking of Stone, today is Sharon Stone's birthday. Here's a tribute to her. Wish I knew the background music because it's lovely.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBOFqFFzT10

I guess the only thing that most folks remember her for is Basic Instinct.

I don't know the music, either, letty. Sharon Stone is one I know little about.
My song now is from Timi Yuro.

I recall your having played Timi before, edgar. Yes, smiling is a cure all, buddy. She died so young. Thanks again for your comment.

Here's one that I like by Johnny.
