I have a good copy of Baby It's Cold Outside by Ann Margaret and Al Hirt. She calls him Jumbo.

@edgarblythe,
Funnneee, edgar. Weird Al knows how to spoof everything. Thanks for the Amish memory. Once again, we appreciate your listening and watching all the videos.

Today is Rex Harrison's birthday, and I did a quick review of all his performances, but the only one that I recall is My Fair Lady.

Here's a tribute to him, y'all.

Rex was Dr Dolittle.
My fair Lady is one of my top three or four musicals.

@edgarblythe,
edgar, didn't Bobby Darin do a song from Dr. Doolittle? It was called "Talk to the Animals."

Love, My fair Lady, and here is Eliza angry with the professor.

@edgarblythe,
That was so beautiful, edgar. Got me rather misty eyed. First time in a while that I have let that happen.

Well, all I could find by Bobby were the lyrics, so here is the one by Rex.

The film of Dr Dolittle had its moments. But to me it failed to capture the spirit of the novels.
Howdy rock.

@Rockhead,
Sounds great. I had a woman working maintenance with me not many years ago. She was a rock (no pun). I really enjoyed working with her. She carried her weight and was good company. A combination hard to beat.

Rockymoose, Martina McBride is a wonderful vocalist, but A Broken Wing, How Far, and God Fearing Women Get the Blues were sad songs.

edgar, Really liked that one by Art and the unknown lady. More memories of New York City and Ellis Island.

Glad you and edgar had fun working with the ladies, because that's a breath of warm, but fresh air. We ladies are wonderful to work with.

Never read one Dr. Doolittle books. Odd, 'cause I loved stories with animals in them.

Time for me to say goodnight, and I think that I shall do so with Nat and a tribute to those who have gone
