@edgarblythe,
Thanks for watching and listening, edgar. About the only thing that I recall about Sir John is Haley and The Parent Trap.

Love that one by Johnny, buddy, and here's one by Elvis to match.

When the Ship Comes in by The Clancy Bros. and Tommy was great. Love those Irish songs. Thanks, Texas.

Hey, Mooseman. I thought for a moment that you were going to play Stop in the name of love. Razz Don't know Joe Bonamassa, but I like the song. Just wondering what it had to do with John Henry. Thanks, buddy.

Shifting, Whispering, Sands. "...songs that made the hit parade; those were the day.." Loved it.

Not to worry about the snow, just wrap your troubles in dreams and dream your troubles away.

Time for me to say goodnight, and I think that I shall do so with two songs.

First Marty Robbins, y'all.

Now, Fess Parker's tribute to George Washington.

Goodnight, world

Marty was so versatile.
Somehow, George Washington is hard to write lyrics for. That song by Fess did a nice effort, however.

@edgarblythe,
the mockingbirds that live in my yard are pretty docile...til springs rolls around. They've built a nest and are dive bombing and making an awful racket...

@Letty,
Good morning Ms Letty,Ed,Panz and all WA2K peeps.I must apologize to my Producer for not addressing her in the correct manner.My lame excuse is that it was the week-end and I was chilled.(makes note to self:-"You must mind your manners when there's a lady on stage!")....

Good morning, WA2K folks.

edgar, Wow! That one by Brook is an oldie. Love it, Texas. Frankie and Johnny brings back some memories.

er panz, That's another oldie. Can vaguely recall that version of the Mockingbird.

Hey, Rockymoose. eminem? You like rap but not disco. Couldn't hear no bird in there, buddy.

Well, there's our Brit with my epithet. Thanks, London. Dusty is always great and The Family Song played by that trio of ladies on the hammered dulcimer was fantastic.

I don't know Abbey Lincoln either, but she does a great job doing Nature Boy. The only one that I have heard that one by is Nat.

Be careful of those pear stairs.

Here's another bird, y'all. Anne Murray sings about mo sno.

@panzade,
Hear me moan, panz? I remember that alphabet song, but the melody was different. Thanks for the memory jog, Florida.

Speakin' of Moaning, how about some jazz by Art Blakey.
