I like M Buble's songs, letty. I recall watching Mike Hammer. Amazing how women appeared out of nowhere to throw themselves at Mike.
I am saying good night with George Benson.

Good morning, everyone.

edgar, Loved that George Benson song. What a great voice. Nothin's Gonna Change was excellent. Thanks, Texas.

Hey, Brit. Wow! I was stunned to see that Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway did The Thomas Crown affair. Love Sting's and Dusty's version of Windmills of Your Mind.

The Everly Brother's Devoted to you was fantastic. Thanks, London.

A couple of songs for the early morning, y'all.

First, since it's John Travolta's birthday, a tribute to him.

Now, an unusual version of Color my World by Chicago.

edgar, that song by The Beatles was awesome. Love the Romanian style minor key that moves to major at the bridge. Never heard The Girl. Thanks for the introduction.

The Browns revisited, folks.

Their harmony is still excellent

@edgarblythe,
Odd, edgar. I wonder if Gentleman Jim has a sense of forboding? Loved that Distant Drums.

Here's one of my favorites by J.R.

@alex240101,
Welcome back alex. Well, buddy, you sent me to the archives. I see that White Stripes are a dynamic duo. Thanks for the introduction. They're not bad.

Today is Molly Ringwald's birthday, so let's go from a blizzard by J.R. to rain. She was in The Breakfast Club.

Don't y'all forget about me WA2K, folks Razz

@Letty,
The Blizzard is definitely one of Jim's best, letty. I like Alex's song. Rufio's song in that video is new to me, letty. I like Molly in some movies, but I didn't see Breakfast Club.

@edgarblythe,
Thanks, edgar, for that Byrd song. Great, but I never heard it. Incidentally, Texas, I didn't choose the original song from The Breakfast Club. I realized that but didn't want to change it.

Well, here's one we'll all recognize, y'all.

@edgarblythe,
Hey, edgar, you missed "the jester". Know all but the first song on that one that you played. Poor Rock and James. She of the violet eyes did stand behind Rock, however.

Today is Jack Palance's birthday, but the only thing that I recall him doing was Paladin.

I watched Jack Palance in a movie just yesterday. He was very good in City Slickers. I hate to be that way, but Richard Boone was Paladin.

Boone was one of my very favorite actors.

The video on black womens' struggle was informative. I learned a few things.
I did watch the Mr Tamberine Man video, but had not commented, as yet. It's one song that can be read as poetry. I greatly admire it.

Searching The Byrds, I learned more about them this afternoon. I did not know David Crosby was once the lead singer.
