@edgarblythe,
edgar, that cat was unbelievable. Actually, Texas, my calico named Big Mamma played the piano as well. Not kidding, Texas.

Ah, I remember Floyd Krammer. He played what is known as slip note style piano. I think "Last Date" was the song that I recall. Really liked the one you played, but I cannot remember who played it originally.Roy Orbison?

Floyd

The song by Floyd originally appeared in a movie and was done by Les Baxter. Then Al Hibler and Roy Hamilton did it. The Righteous Brothers had a hit with it. I have a version by Harry Belafonte.

How about an Odyssey of a different kind, folks.

Today is Stanley Kubrick's birthday. Remember this one? I like it in a different language.

Right, Brit, we always love what you play on WA2K.

It's Dr. Carl Jung's birthday, folks, and here's a tribute to him and his synchronicity.

Remember "the collective unconscious"?

Jung's work, as popularized by Phillip Wylie, is one of the lynchpins of my "philosophy of life" letty.

@edgarblythe,
I have always claimed to have a genetic memory. (not instinct) Just part of that fractile.

When I was a kid in California, one of the radio stations used to play Willie's record of Funny How Time Slips Away. Naturally, I thought that made him a star. But it was some years later, with the release of Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain, he was accorded that honor.

@edgarblythe,
Love that one, edgar. The kids and I used to gather round the piano and sing that one.

Here's one that I know Willie sang, but I thought that I would play this version by Hank Snow. Love him, gang.

@dyslexia,
Sorry, dys. I couldn't get Mimi or Irene to play. Ain't that just like women?

Time for me to say goodnight, and I'm gonna say it with sand.

First, Pat.

The sand art started out to look like shadow puppets, but turned into something interesting. Pat's Love Letters song is one I like a lot.
