Loved the curtain call, Mr. Wizard. Just ignore that cowboy. He doesn't know the difference between sin tax and syntax and his taste buds have petrified.

Here ya go, dys. This one is for you.

@Letty,
I have the DVD of that revival of "Kiss Me Kate." Now I'll have to get it out and see what it looks like upscaled to 1080p, well, and because I haven't seen it in a long time. It's really a musical comedy.

Hmmm, been having trouble with my equipment, so I guess I had better say goodnight quickly.

Ooops I had forgotten the cowboy and Mr. Wizard were on the same meds.

edgar, so your grandfather must have been an American in Paris. I did not see this movie, but my sister did and I had to search for this song forever.

So here it is and it will be my goodnight song.

Good morning WA2K folks.

Hmmm. Now this is strange. I edited to say goodnight to edgar and Buffy and it has disappeared.

What a surprise to find this one, y'all.

And since today is Hank Williams, Jr.'s birthday, here's one from him.

@edgarblythe,
Love that one, edgar. Isn't it wonderful how many vocalists have been influenced by Fats Waller and Billie Holiday? They live on through their music.

Today is Stevie Nicks' (Fleetwood Mac) birthday, and I know this one, folks, so let's listen.

Well, this is the beginning of another work week, so I'll carry on.

Today is Lenny Kravitz's birthday. I don't know him, but he is pure soul, y'all.

For my son

@Letty,
Love Fleetwood Mac and since we're waking up from dreams (well, me not long ago as I overslept this morning), another favorite group -- see, I'm not all classical and jazz:

That is my favorite Fleewood Mac song, letty. It was a hit when my first wife and I were on the verge of divorce and so it hit me hard.
