@Barry The Mod,
Wow, Brit. It's too early for me to get up and dance which is exactly what I did to that great song by The Olympics. "Baby do the Philly Dog" gave me the much needed exercise that I soooo lack.

Saundra Edwards' "Darling Baby" was great as well. So sorry to know that the lady died too soon. Thanks, Brit, for the memory of Motown.

Here's another shocker, folks. Steven Seagal sings! Since today is his birthday, let's listen.

Oops, missed your Smokey song. Woosh. Loved it, buddy.

@Barry The Mod,
Ah, Brit, as Bud's black muscian friend once told him when trying to see if his wife was having an affair, "Wink ain't asleep and goodbye ain't gone." In your case it would be, "wink ain't asleep and woosh ain't gone."

Love that song by Neil, buddy. I read that book, which was an allegory. It makes the melody by the Diamond man so much more meaningful.

Thanks again.

Another song about love and the blues, y'all.

@edgarblythe,
edgar, seeing Sade roll down the hill of sand in that red dress reminded me of this one. Love Ray.

I like that Ray song a lot. When it was popular on the radio, my Mom said, "Turn that hollering off." Usually she liked the songs I went for, but not that one.

@edgarblythe,
OK, edgar, while you play catchup, I want to dedicate this song to the manager of the place where I pick up pizzas. I talked to him for a long time. Finally found out that he is from Spain. He was truly delightful and I learned a lot yesterday.

@edgarblythe,
My word, edgar. I had forgotten that song about Sam and the Pants. Babs did a good job, too.

Well, folks, you know I had to do this one.

Play it, Sam. Sing it, Frank
