Internet always timing out. HJT report included.

For 2 days, i can not keep an internet connection. No popups.. but it is timing out after every move I make. I can open websites about 70-80% of the time. The second I try to move around in it and change pages.. it freezes. The progress bar goes reallllllllly slow and finally tells me to refresh sometimes saying that the web site is not responding.
I have not d/l'ed anything on my computer except a windows update. I have cleaned out my temporary internet files, cleaned out cookies and have done a C drive cleanup.
I have included a HJT report... just in case.
