We were jamming about the earliest video games we played. 'Pong' seemed to be the first that we recalled, but the creator of that already had one out and operating. In 1970 'Computer Space', a single-player 'shoot-em up' was created by the founder of Atari Nolan Bushnell.

Can't recall playing it - maybe it never ventured across the Pacific.
Mr. S I played many electronic game like that in Japan in the early 70s they were at the Pechinko Parlors.
