Is this some kind of new spyware or something?

For some reason, my computer can no longer connect to the internet. Obviously, the college connection isn't down, because I can still get here from the library. But last night, I couldn't get online from my windows partition, and this morning I can't even connect on my linux partition (which was connecting fine last night). Of course, windows has been misplacing its memory and causing me to have to reboot it 4-6 times an hour, but that's just standard operating procedure for windows ME.
