This 20" x 24" oil on canvas portrait was purchased in Portland, OR a few years back. The signature is very difficult to decipher and the only identifying marks I can make out are on the back of the frame "Hecho en Mexico", "ANCO BILT", and "Glendale N." Hopefully those could at least help date the work. I'd love to know the artist and/or subject of the painting, but any info you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Not a particularly fine art piece. Its painted wet on wet and has to have come out of an art factory somewhere. Well under $500. The frame isn't particulary nice but it is framed nicely and looks like 60's tourist stuff.
