I'm probably on Ivanka's side on this, she likely meant the image of Padre Pio.. or, was joking.

I've not been to that restaurant (whenever I was in Italy, it was always on a shoestring), but Piazza Sant'Ignazio is a top favorite of mine. (I once had an outline for a book about piazzas, had done intense research, and had a letter of intent to publish by a reputable firm, but real life intervened. I'm still keen on them, though, for a lot of reasons. By now, my photos would show people in late '80's and 1990's clothes..
