Lol - I used to get a natural, deep golden tan - very slowly - every summer - in all the exposed bits - and blonde streaks in me hair, when I was little - but i never TRIED to tan.
Since the ozone layer went, though, I burn instantly.
I keep meaning to ask you, D, I need a city in Australia to reference the time difference between NYC and the really really big island. What city should it be? Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra which one besides these. You pick. I'm really only trying to understand what the time difference is.

Most folk are in the east - so go with eastern capitals.
These are: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart. Only - Brisbane doesn't do daylight saving, so it is an hour behind the rest in summer. Sydney is prolly safest.
Adelaide and Darwin are on Central time, which is half an hour behins Eastern time - except, Darwin doesn't do daylight saving.
Perth is as far from Sydney as NYC from LA - so they are a long way behind everyone.

What we could do is create a new thread where we post when we've deleted our post, and who's up next. Then everyone has to keep checking that thread.
OR, someone with PM'ing capability could take the lead and organize the effort, and send PMs to those who are up. Those w/o PM ability could reply back to the PM, and so on.
Or, as Joe suggests, we could tackle that peace in the middle east thingie.
It would be a cake walk, a piece of cake, a slam dunk and we would get the MEDAL OF FREEDOM. My mum would be so proud.
