Just dropping by to tell you
What I like best is to do....
Just smile and laugh
And that's just half
Sometimes I'm caught with boo-hoo.

Hi Stand up for pessimism
and Colorbook
and edgarblythe
and cavfancier
and Piffka
and Letty..... and where did Drom et reve go???
and HI all you great, good, and would be writers.

The sweet Ga sunshine has a bad breath from the north, and I am moving little green things into the house; sorting trash from donatables, chasing dust bunnies, cooking, shopping, playing spider solitaire when I cannot concentrate on reading. Hope you are all having a great Autumn. I am also chasing lots of recipes from the internet- still cooking that spinach and eating healthy. If I do not see all of you... Happy Thanksgiving.
Love Lou

Hi. Lou
Good to see you around again. Fall in Texas comes late and mild. Then we get winter for a month or two. Happy Thanksgiving.

I'm the same way, just replace "spider solitaire" with FreeCell. (I won 199 games in a row, lost 1, and have won 80 in a row again.)

Hey there roger, you han'some hunk!

Hi smog, I DO play freecell- maybe not quite as well as you. But the medium play 'spider' is so challenging to me. Thanks so much for sharing your interest.

Also wanted to 'reply' to gus... but I don't know how.
Terribly interesting photo, gus. It looks a lot like many that are in my Mom's old albums.
Incidentally, gus- you are a FASCINATING writer/character/person (or all three if they fit). I so enjoy your posts (most of the time Smile )

Spider Solitaire is often too hard for me, so I stick to what I know. Wink

speak of difficulty, smog...
I have been working on Freecell #27502 a lot of the morning, (as I should be continuing with my hemming needlework, but get bored with it)- I am having NO progress with this one. Solve it and give me a clue (or two or three or more... thanks Smile )

I am thinking of a LONG peice, standupforpessimism- it will take some refining, but will appear one day. Thanks so much for wanting me to be around. It is supreme to be wanted!

Right, gus?

Hey, It's o.k. smog. I just went back to it from a different perspective, (I started with uncovering the 2 diamonds, and the three, and went from there)- and I wandered my way to a win.
