I am getting a lot of undeliverable mail messages from mailboxes that are not accepting spam from a company using my email identity as if it were theirs. So I can imagine how many people are recieving the messages. I get about 50 a day!
Any tips as to what my options are in stopping this? Legally? Finding them?
Please Help!
There is no way to stop people from sending email with a forged header using your address.
"Finding them" (which to some extent is easy, just examine the mail headers or have a knowledgable person do so) won't get you anywhere unless you have a lot of money to spend on trying to get anyone to act against them.
Now, if they are actually using your email server, then your system admin should stop that. But otherwise there's little you can do about it.
