Pop Up Non-Stop...makes me unable to access site

Whenever I try to go to this one website, it brings up a pop up that says "To Install The Latest and best AT-Games update, please click yes", does anyone know a downloadable software that could prevent this? Because when i click OK, it pops up again, and again...and again. I was thinking a Pop Up Blocker could stop this, am I right? If I am please send me a link to a good one.
