Hey, I need some recommendations for a good attorney in or serving in the Indy area.
We have an issue with our Property Mgt. Company that looks like will require legal action.
I need an attorney who is familiar with property management cases, rental law, etc.
Not to mention, he or she should be mean.

Contact your local bar association and ask for a referral. If you have a personal attorney, ask him or her.
BTW, "meanness" tends to cost more than a lack of meanness - when lawyers fight, it often means that more motions fly around. And that costs you money. So you might want to reconsider that.
