Can someone please help solve this riddle.

I am from newcastle nsw Australia and so is this radio station I'm listening to, they asked a riddle and I need help solving it please, the riddle goes,, I'm feeling confident so I'm going over seas to see if they can catch me there, they give a second clue which was,, I can be downstairs or upstairs. So if u have any ideas please help
