ANIMATED VHS I USED TO WATCH IN EARLY 2000

I remember watching a really weird VHS back in the early 2000's. It was an animated film about these two scary brothers that lived in a mansion on a hill. The show was split up into stories these brothers would tell. One of them was about a family. They are packing for a road trip and they throw their bags on the car. Then they end up being taken by a guess a group of cannibals. You see them sitting in the pot while it's being filled with veggies. Another story is when the brother goes down to the village to get a present for the brothers birthday. He get's him a doll but the doll has a knife and is chasing the brother around trying to kill him. There's a story where there a young female Christopher Columbus who believes the earth is flat. There are sea monsters and they end up falling off the edge. I can't remember this movie to save my life. I was sick at home and my parents brought it home from the movie store with a lot of other animated movies. Like The troll in central park and the Black Cauldron.
