Simple Cisco router question Help Please

I need someone to please assist me with a question about the aux port on the router(1) (What is it really suppose to be used for ? (2)Can I route from it to the aui 10Mps adapter plugged into the aui port ? Will that give an in and an out to channel traffic ? I am using an old Ciscopro 2500 if this is of any assistance .

(Note)this model has from left to right these ports
Aui s0 s1 Console Aux power switch then power connector.Thanks for any assistance on this if anyone knows.
