Using Internet Explorer causes 100% cpu usage!

I recently started having the problem that as soon as I open IE, and switch pages, the cpu goes up to 100% usage, and pretty much shuts down my whole system. I usually have to restart my machine, but soon enough it does the same thing. I have run norton, spybot, adaware, and others to no avail. I have also disabled through BHODemon all unknown .dll files.
