I have recently recieved some documents that I scaned into my computer to save. When I went to view them, I found that they were in Rich Text and completly differnt than the orig. document. How do I change these documents so that I can read them properly and print them out properly. I use windows xp as my operating system.

Thank you

Rich Text Format (.RTF) documents can be opened in just about any word processor (such as Microsoft Word) and converted to other formats including .DOC

However, that will not change the appearance of the document.
