a kid's writing

Hi , my teenage cousin asked me to help him in writing a description about his future's house.I'm not sure that I'm the guy for the mission.How can I give something from a boy ( 12 ) point of view?!.Ok , here is what I've written :


My future's home

I would like my house to be near the sea in the future.I love the sea overlook.I want it to be comprised of two stories , not too magnificent but beautiful and simple.Also , I want to have a small garden with a swimming pool.I like to do gardening and take care of flowers.I want to have the basic things in a house , like a garage and an attic . Three rooms would be enough ; a bedroom , a sitting room and a guestroom a long with a kitchen ofcourse.The second floor will be for the children later.


That was my thought . I am not sure of it .How do you think a boy could imagine his own house later ?!
