There is a dice with 16 sides. The sides are A,B,C,D,E,F,0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9.

If you were to roll the dice 17,228,429,039 times, what are the odds of rolling the dice in this exact sequence at least once: 2BB81FE7

This is a tough one. There is actually a legitimate business purpose for needing to know this. I would really appreciate any guidance on solving this.

The probability of getting the sequence you want (doesn't matter what it is) is

P = 1/16^8

The number of eight digit combinations formed is

N= 17,228,429,032.

The probability of NOT getting your roll is (1-P)^N = 1.8%
The probability of getting it at least once is 98.2%
