Norwood LCD Monitor (12ms, 450:1 Contrast)....

Does anybody have this monitor or know anything about it. With a 12ms Response time and a 450:1 Contrast ratio I don't know how it can only cost $270 where similiar specced monitors go for around $400...is there some sort of catch or something im missing about this monitor?
