Help me Identifying Painting Signature

Hi everyone,
I got this painting from an estate auction but I'm unable to identify the artist!! The painting is on hardboard and looks very smooth with no rough texture like any oil painting, it looks like a watercolor or other technique that was used by the artist!! When putting it against a light source and looking at an angle I can find traces of the applied colors.
Does anyone have an idea, please let me know.
