Mmmm, thanks for the idea Gus, but it's a little bit too tiny to work as a skirt.

I'm guessing that was Gus' exact thought.

Shocked Wool condoms? Shocked

littlek, my mom used to always use those circular needles so the stitches couldn't fall off.

When I feel confident enough, I'll try the circular needles.

I admit I was clueless about the scrunching up on the needle, looked too quickly.
Doh.

It's so sad. Looks like it'll be plants in the spring and summer and yarn in the fall and winter. My addictions.

I got euroflax, sport-weight (4-ply) linen yarn that looks something like this, but more subtle:

And organic, nubby cotton in a natural green tint:

Also a metalic-nylon nubby mix:

And lastly, a cotton, wiggly yarn

That's lovely stuff. What size needles do they recommend using with it?

Now let's see some pix of the stuff you knit with the last batch of yarn.

I rue the day littlek entered my life. Before I met her I'd be drinking whiskey and getting in fights at the bar.

Now I'm knitting some cotton wiggly yarn as I sip tea and play scrabble.

Someone kill me please.
