No, it ain't "all good" ... here's just my quick initial runthrough and appraisal ... this IS NOT "FIX IT" ADVICE YET, its just what I noticed, not what to do about it. We'll get to that later if you wanna.

Blue = No problem noticed at first glance
Red = Problem that needs to be dealt with
Red-Brown = Advisory only ... not urgent
Green = Important Advisory
Bold Black = My initial take

So, you've got some work ahead of you. Wanna get started? This could take a while, and its gonna involve several steps and call for ya to download, install, update, configure, and run a few free programs. Maybe some manual registry work and some manual search-for-and-delete needed too, but hopefully that won't be necessary, or at least not too much of it.

I have not read over the log file, and Timber seems to have done some fine work here, but I just wanted to comment on 1 very minor thing...

If you're using the latest version of HijackThis (currently 1.98.2), which veronica_dickson is, there really isn't a need to put HJT in its own folder, as all changes it makes will have their backup files placed in a folder called 'backup' wherever HJT is located. So in this case you'd have a folder named backup on the desktop, filled with numerous HJT backup files.
