Please help me identify the artist

Additional information: It appears to be watercolor. There is tiny text with the word "copyright" both bottom left and bottom right (appears to be 1922 or 1912). Bottom left corner has intertwined c's. It is approximately 7"x 10". Advertisement was in the frame for 1894 Moist Oleo Colors (A. Sartorius & Co.). Found in home I purchased (between floors).
