Loss of jurisdiction

Will a court lose jurisdiction in the following instances:
1. judge violates due process of a party?
2. judge fails to follow rules of the court?
If a court loses jurisdiction, is the entire case void or just any ruling by the court after the loss of jurisdiction?
would a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction (or something else) be appropriate if the above were true and would the same court have authority to rule on this motion.
