Age of Empires II Setup Error

When i try to install Age of Empires two on my Windows XP PC. I get this error.

Age of Empires II Encountered a disk error while writing to the file C:\Programfiles\MicrosoftGames\AgeofEmpiresII\data\graphics.drs Make sure your hard disk is not full, and that the file is not in use.

I am possitive that my computer hard disk is not full because i just restored it. Is there anyway i can fix the problem. Or figure out what is causing it.
