What are your allocations between bonds and funds? Mine are just the opposite with 80% funds and 20% bonds, and I'm 81 years old.

@cicerone imposter,
I'm 50 and have everything in mutual funds, nothing in bonds. Your risk tolerance is what matters.

@cicerone imposter,
Models based on the Efficient Frontier suggest that at my age (36) I should allocate 86% to stocks 10.5% to alternatives and 3% to bonds but I'm generally more aggressive (more stocks) than the recommendation.

@Robert Gentel,
I believe investment in stocks is the best way to go for now, because our economy is ticking along very well.
Also, with Trump's promises to lessen government regulations and reduce corporate taxes should be positives for our economy and stock holders.
I have never followed the financial pundits recommended ratio of stocks vs bonds according to age. Besides that, some of my funds includes bonds.
