xlime optimizer has got me ... can someone help me out?

Hi, I'm a novice at this stuff but I have read what I understand from other posts so far. I have Hijack this and i have a log, i will post it here. There is a specific line i see on the log for internet optimizer and i'm soooo tempted to delete it.

But i'm not sure what to do really. I hope that spyshooter (kind enough to look at another poster's log) or someone here who knows can enlighten me on what to do.
