I'm new to all this so I apologize in advance if I'm not quite doing this correctly.

I had the offeroptimizer problem and then went through the steps spelled out by timberlandko as directed. That worked awesome. However, it created a new problem. Now when starting my computer it get an error message.

Rundll
"Error loading C:\ProgramFiles\WildTangent\Apps\CDA\cdaEngine0400.dll"
"The Specified Module could not be found"

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Quick Solution:

Go to Start/Run
In Run type "msconfig"
Slect Startup tab
Uncheck the box for entry cdaEngine0400
Click Apply and OK and restart.
This should get rid of it.

Slow Solution
You removed Wild Tangent in the wrong way and some of its components are still there:
Open Control Panel then Add/Remove programs
Select the WildTangent Web Driver
Click Remove
Select the WildTangent Updater
Click Remove
Select the WildTangent GameChannel
Click Remove
Reboot
After uninstallation, open your Windows directory, and delete the WildTangent directory in C:\program Files
If uninstall couldn't sart from Control Panel, you will need to reinstall the Web Driver with Gamechannel, then follow the instructions above.

Thank you for your assistance. The quick version was successful. As for the slow version, something must be hidden somewhere. All references to WildTangent and Game Channel are deleted.
