Error message when running Spybot, Ad-Aware, Etc. HELP!

All of a sudden, I can't run my SpyBot or Ad-Aware. I keep getting the following error message, either part way through or right before completion: "This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down...."
Here are the details from the error message when it interrupted Spybot just before completion:
