@mayaphenomenal,
Maya, there is so much wrong with your question and the sentence, it is hard to know where to begin.

__

Let's try getting your question right to start with.

One option is:

Is the grammar and punctuation of this sentence correct?

The thread title could have been:

Please correct the grammar and punctuation of this question.

@mayaphenomenal,
Try again.

"Is this question grammatically and punctually correct? If it is not correct, would you be merciful and explain where I've erred?"

Where do I start?

Let's begin by changing the order of your 2 in sentence statements.

First, you want to find out if a person speaks Turkish. Only after that would it make sense to tell them that you can teach them the language. Clearly, if a person already knows Turkish, there is no need to offer your services of instruction.

In the English language, rather than saying "I can learn you.", you'd tell someone you can teach them. Additionally, when writing about a country or the language and people thereof, you should always use a capital (upper case) letter in the first place.

Now, try rewriting the sentence and we will proceed from there.

The word "punctually" refers to being on time. "Please respond punctually." (Don't be late with your answer.)

Are the grammar and punctuation of this question correct?

@dalehileman,
I can teach you Turkish, but don't you already know the language?

I can teach you if you really want to know Turkish

I can learn Turkish from you, but do you know the language that well?

I can teach you Turkish unless you already know the language

If you like, I... (Thanks Stur)

@coluber2001,
Of course it would help to also ask if the person wants to learn Turkish.
