Would someone please look over this for me?

Hi, I know everyone is so busy, but I was wondering if someone could look over my log file and see what's bad in there. I had help with my computer for here not too long ago, but my dad got on it and picked up oodles of things after I warned him where not to go. I just want to make sure that i've gotten rid of everything I'm not supposed to have. I'd really appreciate it.
